Beach Talk - Hampton, VA, anyone have directions?

HI everyone, I see there are a couple of Virginians here. I am a newcomer to Richmond and I have heard about a Clothing Optional beach in Hampton. I would imagine it is informal, and probably illegal, but I would like to get there even with a suit to check it out. Anybody know how to get to it? Don't know about you, but I can't wait for sunny warm weather and some serious Vitamin D, can it be far off? Dragonflydave Richmond, VA
