Beach Talk - San Onofre - Not a Nude Beach

The state park officials have noted that it not legal to be nude on any state beach. At San Onofre citations are being issued. Black's Beach near La Jolla is a state beach. People do go nude there and so far, as of April 22, 2011, citations are not being issued. It seems that it is up to the local state park manager as to whether or not nudists will be hassled.
