Beach Talk - Beach number 1000!

After 2-1/2 years of work, the World Beach List finally has its one thousandth beach! The notable entry is [b:1y1zjlzx][url=http://worldbeachlist.com/World/USA/California/Santa-Cruz/Bonny-Doon-Beach.html:1y1zjlzx]Bonny Doon Beach[/url:1y1zjlzx][/b:1y1zjlzx] in [url=http://worldbeachlist.com/World/USA/California/:1y1zjlzx]California[/url:1y1zjlzx]. This beach also happens to qualify for inclusion on the list of [url=http://worldbeachlist.com/topics/co-beaches.php:1y1zjlzx]clothing optional beaches[/url:1y1zjlzx].

We are not done yet. I've recently come across the resources necessary to locate hundreds of beaches along the United State's Pacific coast. Oregon and Washington are done, but there are several hundred beaches in California which I'm slowing working through from north to south. After California is done I plan to try using the same technique for Texas and Florida. Who knows, beach number 2000 could be just around the corner.
