Beach Talk - Anonymous photo posting now allowed

Now that the site has been up for a while I've been able to observe some trends. One has been that people are often unwilling to take the time to create an account to submit content to the site. They will click on one of the add links but when the see a request to login or create an account they leave. Such is human nature.

I'm going to try letting people submit content without a login. If I see an inordinate amount of junk (aka SPAM or copyrighted material). To start with, only photo submission is working for anonymous users. Over the next few days I'll try to get the other submission modules (beaches, reviews, & links) converted over as well.

Hopefully this will encourage more people to contribute their knowledge and experiences to the site.
